MonoSol Names New Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales
MERRILLVILLE, Ind., February 14, 2017 – MonoSol, LLC, the water soluble film division of Kuraray, has promoted Christian Herrmanns to serve as senior vice president of marketing and sales. In this role, Herrmanns will report to P. Scott Bening, MonoSol’s president and CEO, and will lead the company’s global marketing and sales initiatives for water-soluble film technologies.
“Christian has been a valuable member of the MonoSol Senior Leadership Team since joining the company in 2013,” said Bening. “As senior vice president of marketing and sales, Christian will further lead MonoSol’s growth with his expertise in strategic marketing and planning.”
Herrmanns brings unique marketing experience to MonoSol after working in several global market categories and supporting several regions at The Dow Chemical Company, including coating and construction chemicals and non-woven resin products.
“Herrmanns’ international exposure, multicultural background and strategic marketing expertise will ensure MonoSol continues to lead the way in meeting our customers’ water-soluble film needs,” said Bening.
