As Head of Sales at MonoSol, Tobias Fuchs has led a transformation focused on agility, talent development, and strategic customer engagement. He restructured the Sales organization to clarify roles, enhance team performance, and deepen focus on MonoSol’s most important customer partnerships—laying the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth. He is currently sharpening MonoSol’s key account management approach and refining how the Sales team anticipates and delivers value.
In his additional role as Head of Europe, Tobias serves as a critical connector between MonoSol’s U.S. headquarters and its European operations. He focuses on translating global strategy into local execution, strengthening collaboration across regions, and aligning teams to accelerate growth in a dynamic global market.
Prior to joining MonoSol, Tobias spent 15 years at Evonik Industries AG, one of the world’s largest specialty chemical companies. He began his career in Customer Service while earning his degree in evening classes and progressed through roles in Sales and Pricing before leading Evonik’s European Sales Team. He also served on the board of Evonik Tasnee Marketing LLC, a Middle East joint venture, and was Branch Manager for the Evonik Superabsorber business.
