Matt Harris

As Vice President of Finance and IT, Matthew Harris has transformed MonoSol’s Finance, Accounting, and IT functions into strategic business partners—laying the foundation and unlocking the capabilities needed to achieve the company’s long-term vision.

Matthew has successfully guided the organization through a period of rapid global expansion, including overseas site selection and investment. He also led the teams responsible for two enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations, modernizing core business processes to support MonoSol’s accelerated growth.

Today, under Matthew’s leadership, the IT team is driving MonoSol’s data strategy and exploring AI-powered solutions to unlock new sources of value across the organization. At the same time, the Finance team is focused on ensuring that the company’s human and financial resources are directed toward the business areas with the greatest strategic impact. Matthew began his career at KPMG, conducting financial statement audits for clients in the consumer, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. He went on to hold roles of increasing responsibility in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and financial management.
