Prior to joining MonoSol, Brett brings more than two decades of progressive human resources experience at UGN, Inc. and GAF Materials Corp., serving in roles spanning human resources, safety leadership, and corporate HR management. These experiences shaped a strategic, systems-oriented approach to talent, culture, and organizational development.

A catalyst-style HR leader, Brett is known for translating complex organizational needs into clear, scalable programs that strengthen culture, elevate leadership capability, and align people practices with business strategy. He played a pivotal role in developing the Talent Experience and HR strategy for two greenfield plant startups in Lebanon, Indiana, and Zimna Wodka, Poland—designing the cultural and operational frameworks that anchored each location. His work integrated forward-thinking HR practices across policy development, compensation philosophy, organizational structure, onboarding, and learning, while ensuring alignment with MonoSol’s Vision, Mission, and Values both domestically and abroad.

Since 2023, Brett has overseen the O1 program, creating comprehensive success profiles and job descriptions that clarify responsibilities, decision-making authority, and leadership expectations based on the principles of Next Level Leadership. He also partners closely with the Product Supply Lead Team, guiding a twice-yearly succession planning and talent review process for approximately 150 team members. His leadership has strengthened managers’ ability to identify high-potential talent, cultivate future successors, and support long-term organizational growth.

In his current role, Brett leads efforts to strengthen MonoSol’s learning culture, advance HR technology and AI integration, enhance workforce planning, and reinforce a values-driven organizational culture across the enterprise.
